the staff were friendly, helpful and attentive to my every need. the spa and wellness centre provided a range of beauty treatments, a sauna and a swimming pool which were all of high standard. the restaurant served exceptional food which was both delicious and affordable. the private facilities within the room were magnificent and the location was ideal with easy access to other local places.
Although the sound insulation within the hotel could have been better, this minor issue did not detract from my overall luxurious experience. the live entertainment was enjoyable but it could have been more diverse.

Cleanliness of the rooms was perfect. The hotel facilities were great, especially the gym with its high-quality Technogym machines. The location in front of the sea provided a fine view and a serene atmosphere.

This hotel fulfilled our luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities, such as the spa with massage and beauty treatments, and the indoor and outdoor swimming pools. the service was exceptional, with a helpful and friendly staff that made us feel welcome throughout our stay. the restaurant offered delicious meals and a beautiful sea view.
Our only minor issue was the sound insulation, which could have been better. this is a common problem in other top-class hotels.

The hotel had a great location with stunning views of the sea. The rooms were clean and well-designed, with all necessary amenities. The staff went above and beyond to make guests feel comfortable and ensured a pleasant stay. The breakfast spread was rich and delicious. The hotel also had a well-equipped gym and helpful staff who were multilingual.
The check-in process was a bit slow, and there was a mistake at check-out regarding the payment, which caused some inconvenience.

The hotel had a fantastic view of the Marmara sea from our balcony, made for a relaxing and peaceful stay. The modern and clean room design was a nice touch, and the hotel amenities, such as the indoor and outdoor pools, were enjoyed by our kids. The breakfast was delicious and the evening concierge, Cagri, was friendly and helpful in organizing our sightseeing plans. The spa facilities were excellent, with heated pools providing a luxurious experience.
While the hotel had many positives, there were a few minor drawbacks. The sound insulation could have been better, as we were unfortunately disturbed by a loud couple.
